It may happen that an error message appears when registering. If so, go through the steps again and check the following points:
- Verify that the business mail address is entered where the company code was sent.
- Enter the business mail address without capital letters.
- Make sure there are no extra spaces or characters in the company code.
Tip: Copy the company code from the email and paste it into the application.
- Make sure the password meets the requirements.
- If agreed, make sure the checkbox of the general terms and conditions, privacy terms and processing of my personal data is on.
