The journey will indicate which bus line, train line, tram line or metro line is booked.
The ticket or QR code is not tied to the reserved line in the travel plan. The QR code/ticket is bound to the transport provider, the indicated time frame*, departure point and arrival point. Any line that meets the bound conditions may be ridden.

Example
From Eindhoven Central Station to ASML-building 4 several bus lines of transport provider Hermes depart. Among others bus 19, 319 and 18. In the travel plan in the Turnn MaaS - Suite application is bus 19 booked. If the user takes another bus line at an earlier/later arrival, it is also possible to travel with bus line 319 or 18.
GVB / RET
GVB and RET give the possibility of unlimited transfer or exchange. This means that with a QR code purchased for the streetcar, you can also travel with the bus or metro. The QR code is bound to the transport company GVB/RET and the unlimited transfer/exchange of means of transport is only possible in the indicated time frame.
