Register in the Turnn MaaS - Suite application

Welcome to Turnn! The employer has signed up the employee to travel with Turnn.* The employee has received an invitation in the mail to register. First, download the Turnn MaaS - Suite application from the Play Store or the App Store. Registering in the application goes as follows.

1. Open the application on your mobile.
2. Click on create account.
3. Enter the input fields;
   • Email address: enter the business email address here.
     Enter the mail address without capital letters.
   • Password: come up with a password.
     Requirements: at least 8 characters, at least one lower case letter, at least one upper case letter, at least one number and at least one special character.
   • Company code: enter the code received in the mail.
   • Read the terms and conditions and privacy policy, if you agree, check the box.
     The Turnn MaaS - Suite application can not be used without agreeing to the terms and conditions and privacy statement.
4. Click on create account.
5. An email with a verification code will be sent. Enter the code on the grey fill-in lines.
   Note: do not close the application, exit the application by clicking the home button or swipe the application away without closing.
6. Enter the first name, a prefix if necessary and last name, click next when done.
7. Choose a level. The level takes into account the advice in the trip planner.
   Level 1*: the trip planner only shows travel options with public transport in the trip planner.
   *For level 1 the phone number is not mandatory. Please note: a validated phone number is required to travel.
   Level 2*: the trip planner makes combinations with partial transport in the trip planner in addition to trips with public transport.
   The employer chooses which shared transport is available in the application.
   *For level 2 the phone number is mandatory
8. Enter the phone number here.
9. An SMS will be sent to the phone number provided. Verify the phone number by entering the verification code from the SMS into the application.
   Note: do not close the application, exit the application by clicking on the home button or swipe the application away without closing.
10. Enter home address.
    Entering street name, house number and city will give results. Choose the address where the correct zip code is also filled.
11. Give permission for emails from Turnn to receive the actions and latest developments of the application. Mailing of this includes useful tips and solutions for the application.
12. Congratulations, registering an account succeeded!
    It is now possible to plan a trip, order tickets and pay via the application.
