Requesting a refund from Turnn only applies if the user has paid (partly) with iDEAL and the application prevented them from using Turnn.
In case of cancellations from the user or from the application the incurred costs will automatically be refunded.
What are examples for refunds at Turnn?*
- The QR code was not visible
- The ticket did not open
- The application did not open after purchasing the travel plan
*Note: Before approving a refund, eligibility will be reviewed by Turnn Customer Support.
