Sometimes it happens that the scanner has too much damage, please report this to Turnn. Turnn then makes a report to improve quality. Then try another scanner. When reporting the defect, Turnn likes to receive: the station, the location of the gate and the time.
Bus/tram/metro:
Sometimes it happens that the scanner has too much damage, please report this to Turnn.
If the driver of the carrier is not familiar with the ticket please also report this to Turnn. Turnn then makes a report to improve quality of knowledge. When reporting the incident Turnn would like to receive: a screenshot of the ticket, the departure time, location and line number of the bus/tram/metro.
